Role Description
  • Provide full-time, on-site physiotherapy services in a patient-centered clinical setting

  • Assess, evaluate, and diagnose patient conditions to develop individualized treatment plans

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation techniques

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

  • Educate and support patients throughout their recovery and wellness journey

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic environment focused on excellence in care

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and application of physiotherapy techniques, including assessments, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise programs

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a strong commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality

  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification

  • Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is considered an asset but is not required
