Are You Dealing With Foot Pain?

Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar Fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain, especially noticeable after periods of rest, like in the morning or after sitting. It happens when the tissue under your foot, called the plantar fascia, becomes inflamed and irritated. This tissue helps support the arch and absorb shock, so if it’s strained, it can cause significant pain, especially during weight-bearing activities.

Achilles Tendinopathy (Tendinitis & Tendinosis)

Achilles Tendinopathy affects the Achilles tendon, often from repetitive stress or overuse. It can show up as either tendinosis (tendon degeneration) or tendinitis (tendon inflammation), and may stem from changes in walking patterns, muscle weakness, or increased strain on the tendon.

Ankle Sprains and Strains

An ankle sprain happens when the ligaments in your ankle are stretched or torn, while a strain affects the muscles or tendons. Both injuries often occur when the ankle twists beyond its normal range.
