are you dealing with pelvic pain?

Diastasis Recti

Diastasis recti is a condition where the abdominal muscles separate from each other, resulting in a wider gap or space between abdominal muscles than normal. Normally, abdominal muscles are connected by a band of tissue called the linea alba. During periods of increased intraabdominal pressure, such as pregnancy, this tissue can be stretched and weakened, resulting in an increased space between muscles.

Incontinence

Urinary incontinence is a common condition often associated with pelvic floor muscle weakness, but may also be attributable to a variety of other factors. In addition to various causes of urinary incontinence, there are different types of incontinence that can occur, such as stress incontinence, urgency incontinence, mixed, and overactive bladder.

Pelvic Girdle Pain

Pelvic girdle pain (PGP) refers to musculoskeletal disorders of the pelvis resulting in pain in the low back and buttocks region or the front of the pelvis. PGP can arise due to factors such as pregnancy, trauma, or arthritis, or simply muscle weakness and abnormal joint movement.

Postnatal Pain Relief

The postnatal period begins immediately after the birth of the baby and is divided into 3 phases over the course of 6 months. During the postnatal period, the mother can experience pelvic pain, weakened pelvic floor muscles, pelvic floor neuropathy as well as an increase in ligament elasticity.

Prenatal Pain Relief

During pregnancy, women may experience pelvic girdle pain (PGP) due to the increased load of the baby on the spine and pelvis. PGP refers to musculoskeletal disorders of the pelvis resulting in pain in the low back and buttocks region or the front of the pelvis.
